Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused and unopened items.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Final Sale / Hygiene Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare and personal care products are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@ravensremedy.ca within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
