I’ve always felt drawn to plant medicine; curious about it, learning from it, and trusting in it. I believe the land provides what we need, including the ability to heal ourselves. That belief is what led me to leave city life and begin this journey in Lake Country, closer to nature, where I can harvest the medicine directly from the land.

My hope is to help others explore natural ways of supporting their health and well-being. This is only the beginning, with many ideas and creations still ahead. I’m grateful you’re here, and I hope you’ll come along on this journey with me.
